XL Cockles (1kg)
Cockles, also known as Sea hum is harvested in Eastern Singapore. We only harvest the XL ones, the smaller ones are released.
Steam them with ginger, hua tiao chiew and sesame oil. Dip is best with tobasco. Steam for 6 minutes. Unlike clam, the Giant Clams wont open by itself. Force open with a fork (its not very difficult to pry open).
