What you will need?
An Oven big enough for your fish

Instructions1: use a CUP of Salt To lay salt on a piece of Aluminum Foil
2: Place a Fish onto the bed of Snow.
3: Use the remaining Snow to completely cover the fish. Leave no holes
4. If you want the crust to look nice and golden brown, use egg yolk to thinly apply on the surface of the salt exterior.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a pre heated oven at 200 degree Celsius.
