Spanish mackerel; also known as Batang is the most ideal ingredient for making tasty and springy otah.
Infused with Aromatic Curry power, the otah is pounded to perfection and lastly added chuck of Fish or Prawns so that otah has a crunchy and meaty taste to it. Try it!
Instruction: Steam the otah while frozen for 10-15 mins so as to remain it’s texture and firmness
