Frozen otah made from Wild Spanish mackerel.
Spanish mackerel; also known as Batang is the most ideal ingredient for making tasty and springy otah.
Infused with Aromatic Curry power, the otah is pounded to perfection, and lastly added chuck of Fish so that it has a crunchy and meaty taste to it. Try it!
Instruction: Steam the otah while frozen for 10-15 mins to retain its texture and firmness.
