These beautiful clams are wild caught of the coast of Malaysia, we allow the clams to sit on the farm while being purged in sea water. This process ensures that the meat stays sweet and firm without any impurities.

    Rinse with freshwater, prepare a bowl or container, dissolve 4 teaspoon of salt into some water, place lala enough to cover and keep in chiller, this method will allow you to store for a maximum of 4days, if water turns milky, do change out the water.
