1x 650g Seabass fillet
1x 80ml Garlic marinate
Can be kept in the fridge before cooking for 3 days max
Ingredients: Garlic oil, garlic, chilli, salt, pepper, Cherry tomato, spring onion, egg tofu, lemon
Preheat Oven to 200°C
Bake for 25 mins
Check if the seabass is fully cooked (not transparent, do the chopstick test )
