Barramundi a.k.a. Seabass

Ah Hua Kelong is known for our firm, sweet and tender – fresh Barramundi.
It is safe to say that this is our pride and joy.
Each barramundi is farmed from the time they are about 2 to 3 inches.
It takes about 9 months to farm them to marketable size.
We use high quality feeds that are approved by Singapore Food Agency.

Farmed Pearl Grouper

Pearl Groupers are one of the most difficult fishes to farm.
Any wrong techniques used will damage the taste and texture of the fish.
We use soy pallets and bait fishes to feed our pearl grouper, hence they grow up to have soft, tender, oily meat.

Roasted Garlic Bake Fillet (Spicy)

Lathered in Chinese-inspired garlic sauce with fresh Tomatoes and Onions.
Brings out refreshing and deep flavours of our seabass fillet.

What’s Included:
1x 650g Seabass fillet
1x 80ml Garlic marinate

Shelf Life:
Can be kept in the fridge before cooking for 3 days max

AHK Thai Sauce Fillet

Our take on traditional Thai sauce, pairs very well with our seafood both as a marinade or a dipping sauce.

1x 50 ml Thai sauce

Shelf Life
Upon opening, finish within 2 weeks, and can be kept frozen for up to 1 month.
